Q: Is a paint night event for me?
A: Paint nights are for everyone and artists of all skill levels, where the main goal is to relax, socialize and have fun!
Q: What if I’ve never painted before?
A: Our paint events are perfect for all skill-levels!
Q: What are the event prices?
A: Prices vary based on event type and will be listed in each event description.
Q: What is included in the price?
A: Two complimentary glasses of wine, bottled water, or cups of tea. We also provide everything you’ll need: an easel, apron, pre-stretched canvas, paint, brushes, and a skilled artist to guide you every step of the way.
Q: Do I need to register to attend a paint event or class?
A: Yes. Preregistration is required for all events and classes.
Q: How do I register for a class?
Q: Can I sit with my friends if we register separately?
A: Please contact us prior to the class and we will do our best to make sure you are able sit together.
Q: May I bring my own food and beverages?
A: Beverages are complimentary at The Painted Tiger Art Studio, so we ask that you not bring in food or beverages for public events. For private events, you may bring in a cake and light refreshments.
Q: Is there an age limit?
A: Yes, the minimum age for our Paint Nights and Wine and Paint Pairing events is 21 years old. However, we also have Art for the Ages events which are for all ages 5+.
Q: What time should I arrive?
A: You should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the event to check in.
Q: What should I wear?
A: We recommend you that you wear something comfortable that you wouldn’t mind getting paint on. We also provide aprons and use acrylic paint which is washable.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Refunds are given only as class credit as long as you cancel 48 hours before the scheduled class time.
Q: How soon should I schedule my private event?
A: As soon as possible! Please provide us the name and contact information of the party’s host, along with the date, and estimated number of guests.
Q: Can I choose a painting for my private event?
A: Yes, you may choose any painting in our portfolio.
Q: How do I book a private event?
A: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, call us at (703) 798-1239 or simply fill out the “Contact Us” form on our site. Please be sure to provide the date and time you would like to hold your event.
Q: How do I pay for a private event?
A: The host can either pay for all guests or allow each guest to pay individually. If the required minimum of 10 guests is not met, the host will be charged for the difference. Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 weeks prior to the event. Refunds are given only as a studio credit.
